There is a wide variety of border styles that you can choose from in Word. I went with one that was not too plain or fancy, and just tried to match the colors as best I could.

I think if the larger number is bolded (i.e. 8X11), that is long-grain. If it is 8x11, that is short grain. Or the number might be underlined. If there's no indication, though, I'd say order it online...
